Based in Auckland, freelance Illustrator / Designer Cathy Hansby likes to create engaging, fun and colourful images, capturing the personality and character of native wildlife from New Zealand and Australasia. Her images often feature endangered species, to highlight and remind us how close we are to losing them. How we act now has a huge impact on the future of our wildlife. Cathy hopes that our wildlife will endure for many more generations to enjoy.
Cathy Hansby print - Fish School features fish of New Zealand, including Jack Mackerel, Hoki, Snapper, Tarakihi and Gurnard.
Colours are muted and tonal, from mid blue to coral, sage green and sand, with a graded blue background.
